  From a rude woman(Stacey)at the front desk to having to wait 2 hours just to meet the nurse practitioner, I would like to give them a zero. By the way fill out an 8 page autobiographical epithet for a rash will extend your time out. That and being 5 minutes late causes an extra 2 hour time out from Stacey, who is so helpful to input your info for the billing company and yell out your co-pay info, in fact calling out other patients PERSONAL INFO and billpay amounts. HIPPA anyone? Why is it that doctor's offices always have rude, uptight people as their front office staff? They need to realize that 1st impressions are ruined by secretaries(Stacey)with nasty attitudes. Needless to say, I will NOT return.And FYI it is a chain establishment. Monopolies ruin patient relationships.

  I have been going to Water's edge for a while now. I have no complaints at all. I haven't been in a few years but went last week to get a few places checked out. I was seen by Shanna Stone she was great. Beyond helpful and very knowledgable with all my questions. She made sure I was taken care of and even made sure I would get my scripts covered to the best price possible. I would definitely recommend coming in to see Shanna.
